No. You are never obligated to hire a candidate simply because they were sourced or presented by Reprosify. Your brokerage maintains full control over the hiring decision at every stage of the recruiting process.

What happens if I do not want to move forward with a candidate?

You can reject or decline any candidate that does not align with your brokerage’s expectations, culture, production goals, or hiring requirements. Our goal is to help you find the right fit, not pressure you into a hire.
