OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
The Reprosify Homeownership Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Reprosify [Reprosify, LLC], with its principal business located in Virginia (“Reprosify,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Sweepstakes is intended to provide eligible U.S. homebuyers with an opportunity to receive a prize of up to $10,000 toward eligible down payment and/or closing costs associated with the purchase of a qualifying primary residence, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on Oct 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on Dec 30th, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
All dates and times are based on Eastern Time unless otherwise specified.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry.
Entrants must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater.
Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Intend to purchase a qualifying primary residence.
Meet the applicable income and household eligibility requirements.
Complete the required application and verification process.
Satisfy all other requirements contained in these Official Rules.
Applicants must have a minimum annual household income of $40,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular Sweepstakes.
Maximum income limits may apply based on household size and applicable program requirements.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members or members of the same household of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and other parties directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes may be ineligible to participate.
Void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are multiple ways to participate in the Sweepstakes.
A. Online Application
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Reprosify Sweepstakes website at: https://reprosify.com/reprosify-homeownership-sweepstakes/
Complete the online application and provide the information requested, including your name, contact information, state of residence, homeownership information, and other information necessary to determine eligibility.
After submitting the application, eligible applicants may be contacted by Reprosify or participating professionals to complete the applicable verification and qualification process.
Submission of an application does not guarantee qualification, finalist status, or selection as a winner.
B. Professional Verification and Qualification
As part of the Reprosify Homeownership Program, applicants may be connected with professionals in the Reprosify network, including participating real estate, mortgage, and insurance professionals.
These professionals may assist with reviewing information relevant to the applicant’s homeownership goals and readiness.
Reprosify will determine eligibility for participation in the Sweepstakes based on the applicable program requirements and these Official Rules.
Participation with any particular real estate, mortgage, insurance, title, or other service provider is not guaranteed and does not guarantee selection as a winner.
C. Finalize Submission
Applicants who satisfy the applicable eligibility and qualification requirements may be asked to review and finalize their submission.
Once the required submission is completed and accepted by Reprosify, the applicant may become eligible for the applicable Sweepstakes drawing.
D. Additional Entry Opportunities
Subject to applicable law and the specific terms published for the applicable Sweepstakes, eligible entrants may have opportunities to obtain additional entries through qualifying methods.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Any paid entry opportunity, if offered, will be accompanied by an alternate method of entry that does not require a purchase or payment and that provides an equivalent opportunity to participate, as required by applicable law.
The number of entries associated with each available entry method will be disclosed clearly before participation.
A purchase or payment does not guarantee that an entrant will win and does not independently establish eligibility for the Sweepstakes.
4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Sweepstakes promotion:
Each person may submit only the number of entries permitted under the applicable entry instructions.
Reprosify reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise ineligible entries.
Automated entry devices, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems used to generate entries, or other automated methods intended to circumvent the entry process are prohibited.
All entries must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. HOMEOWNERSHIP VERIFICATION
Applicants may be required to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Verification may include, where applicable:
Identity.
Age.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
State residency.
Household size.
Household income.
Primary residence status.
Homeownership status.
Intended home purchase information.
Other information reasonably required under the applicable program.
Providing information for verification does not guarantee selection as a finalist or winner.
Reprosify may reject an application if required information cannot be verified.
6. QUALIFICATION
Applicants who satisfy the applicable program requirements may be designated as Qualified Participants.
Qualification is not a guarantee of winning.
Qualification does not constitute mortgage approval, mortgage prequalification, loan approval, insurance approval, real estate approval, or any other financial commitment.
Mortgage qualification or prequalification, if applicable, must be performed by an appropriately licensed mortgage professional and remains subject to the lender’s independent underwriting requirements.
7. FINAL SWEEPSTAKES
Eligible Qualified Participants will be included in the applicable final Sweepstakes drawing.
Potential winners will be selected at random from among eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period, unless a different legally permissible selection method is expressly stated in the applicable Sweepstakes promotion.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. PRIZE
The potential Grand Prize is:
UP TO $10,000 TOWARD ELIGIBLE HOMEOWNERSHIP COSTS
The prize may be applied toward eligible down payment and/or closing costs associated with the purchase of a qualifying primary residence, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the applicable lender, settlement agent, title company, and other transaction participants.
The exact prize value available to a winner will not exceed $10,000.
The prize does not constitute:
A mortgage.
A loan.
A mortgage approval.
A financing commitment.
A guarantee of mortgage qualification.
A guarantee of home purchase.
A guarantee of any particular interest rate or loan terms.
The prize may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
If the applicable transaction does not permit the entire prize to be used toward eligible costs, the amount actually applied may be less than $10,000.
9. QUALIFYING PROPERTY
The property associated with the prize must:
Be located in an eligible jurisdiction.
Be purchased as the winner’s primary residence.
Satisfy the applicable program requirements.
Satisfy any applicable requirements imposed by the winner’s lender, settlement agent, title company, or other transaction participants.
The winner remains responsible for all costs not covered by the prize, including any applicable purchase-price amounts, taxes, insurance, inspections, fees, reserves, mortgage payments, and other expenses.
10. WINNER VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during registration.
A potential winner may be required to complete and return documents including, where applicable:
Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility.
Liability release.
Publicity release.
Identity verification.
Tax documentation.
Prize acceptance documentation.
Documentation relating to the qualifying home purchase.
Potential winners may be required to complete verification within [5] calendar days after notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
11. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
The Sponsor may be required to report the value of the prize to applicable tax authorities.
The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of receiving the prize.
12. REAL ESTATE AND PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS
Reprosify may work with participating real estate, mortgage, insurance, and other professionals in connection with the Homeownership Program.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to purchase a home through a particular real estate professional or obtain mortgage, insurance, title, or settlement services from a particular provider, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and disclosed in the applicable program terms.
Nothing in these Official Rules creates an obligation for Reprosify or any participating professional to provide mortgage financing, real estate services, insurance, or other settlement services.
13. SUBMISSION INFORMATION AND REPRESENTATIONS
By submitting an application, each entrant represents and warrants that:
The information provided is truthful and accurate to the best of the entrant’s knowledge.
The entrant is eligible to participate.
The entrant is submitting the application on their own behalf.
The entrant has authority to provide all information submitted.
The entrant has not used an automated or fraudulent method to participate.
Reprosify may disqualify an entrant if information is determined to be materially false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete.
14. USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION
Sponsor may collect personal information submitted by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Reprosify Privacy Policy available at:
By participating, entrants acknowledge that their information may be collected, processed, and used as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
Where required, separate consent will be obtained for marketing communications.
15. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Reprosify to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Any publicity rights granted under this section are subject to applicable law.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Violates these Official Rules.
Attempts to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Uses fraudulent or deceptive methods.
Provides false or misleading information.
Attempts to manipulate the entry process.
Uses automated entry systems.
Engages in conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Reprosify, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents, employees, officers, and directors from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, delayed, or otherwise defective entries or communications.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, website outages, unauthorized intervention, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
18. DISPUTES
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the final version of these Official Rules.
The final Official Rules will identify the applicable governing law, jurisdiction, venue, and any arbitration requirements.
19. WINNER INFORMATION
